Docsminder has 3 systems of inbuilt help. They are the same - but in different forms. Within Docsminder itself, you have the option of using the first two. Online HelpThis is the standard help system used by Windows and most programs within Windows to display help. This is the default help system most applications use. You can access this system by pressing the F1 key. This help is context-sensitive - ie the help you see is dependent on where you are in the program. In addition to the generic F1 key, Docsminder also has small Help buttons spread around to more clearly define the help displayed.Help files of this type have the extension HLP. Windows (CHM) HelpThis help is the new Windows help system, and is web-based. It is more powerful and attractive than the original help system.Help files of this type have the extension CHM. Printable (Adobe PDF) ManualIf you want to print out the manual, we also supply an Adobe Acrobat PDF file, with full Table of Contents, index, etc. This method is also an attractive way to view the manual even if you do not want to print it out.Help files of this type have the extension PDF. We provide these files here on our download page for you to look at before you download the full install program. |
