Licensing Options

Docsminder provides three licensing options;

Trial ware

Docsminder Professional and Corporate versions are automatically supplied with a 30 day trial period.

If your organisation intends to keep using the product after the initial 30 day trial period it will be necessary to purchase either an Open or Subscription license.

Open license

The product is purchased with a one-off, upfront fee. Available for the following versions;

Professional - provides licenses for two work stations (up to a maximum of 5 workstations ) Corporate - provides licenses for three work stations (up to a maximum of 10 workstations)

Open license holders are not entitled to automatic free software upgrades or discounted technical support and training programs.

Subscription license

Clients are entitled to a heavily discounted upfront fee with a minimal annual license fee. Subscription licensing entitles the client to the following benefits;

Life time of free automatic software upgrades. Technology and the records management industry continue to evolve rapidly. The introduction of new technologies, particularly RFID, is expected to revolutionise the storage and logistics industries in the coming years and SecureDoc Information Services, through its continual improvement process, will be incorporating any technological advances to the extent that they add value to the solutions enjoyed by our clients. Refinement in functionality and usability will also continue to be a feature of Docsminder's development. Technical support and training programs provided at a 40% discount.

Subscription licensing is available for the following products only;

Corporate - provides licenses for three work stations (up to a maximum of 10 workstations)
Enterprise - provides licenses for five work stations with no limit on the maximum number of workstations
